Conflict is a natural event between human beings who have different backgrounds, education, values, and goals. Typically, conflicts among workers result from differences in opinions, interests and ways of handling specific mandates. It even worsens when a company doesn't have a conflict resolution mechanism. Developing methodologies on how to deal with cases of conflicts is critical for the wellbeing of employees and the growth of a company. In addition, having a training workshop to illuminate employees on conflict solving methods will foster a more focused and goal-oriented workforce.
